Tiger Golf wins nail-biter vs. St. Chris

Woodberry Forest varsity golf remains undefeated by edging St. Christopher's at home Tuesday. The match ended in a 160-160 tie, but using a fifth score as a tiebreak, the Tigers prevailed 43-46. Woodberry improved its record to 5-0, 3-0 in the Prep League.

Adam Ball of St. Christopher's was the medalist with a one underpar round of 34.

Woodberry varsity wins against Collegiate

Woodberry defeated Collegiate, 145-161, in a home golf match Friday. The Tigers improved their record to 4-0, 2-0 in the Prep League. Senior co-captain Bennett duPont was the medalist with a two underpar round of 33.

Woodberry hosts St. Christopher's on Tuesday.
